National Yoga Month Challenge

"My journey with yoga began in my early 20's as I was experiencing the stress of 'growing up' and had heard how relaxing yoga was. I started practicing in my duplex, with a book and magazines I bought. What I discovered, was a multifaceted practice with many branches, from challenging to peaceful and restorative. Yoga makes space for everyone. With each stage in my life, marriage and motherhood, I always found myself returning to yoga as I always felt grounded and challenged after I practiced. After discovering hot yoga, I was thrilled when Cindee opened Yoga~Story. When I teach, I love the look on someone’s face when they have done a challenging pose for the first time, open a hip, melt into the mat or make a surprising realization about self and ability. When they let go, their struggle becomes their strength."

Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running, cooking, socializing and enjoying everything that Bentonville has to offer. She began her yoga journey 13 years ago and left the corporate world to become an AFAA certified personal trainer and 200 hour certified yoga instructor.

September is National Yoga Month! Take the National Yoga Month Challenge with the Yoga Story team!
Limit 30 and each yogi must sign up through the workshop link please!  This challenge is free, however the yoga classes are not free. You must have a current pricing option to participate.
Here's how it works. The challenge begins Saturday September 8 and ends Monday October 8.  For every task you complete, you receive a point.  Points are earned by:
  1. Attending class - 1 pt per class (max of 10 pt per week)
  2. Bringing a guest - 2 pt per guest (unlimited, one guest per class)
  3. Share the love - 1 pt for leaving a review (Google, Yelp, Facebook) or posting on social media (use #yogastorychallenge)
Opportunity for bonus “pop up points” but you need to pay attention to social media.

Here's what you can win!

1. Take The Challenge - earn a minimum of 30 points and receive a swag bag
2. Take It to The Next Level - the yogi who brings the most guests receives their choice of a yogamat or mat towel
3.  Take It All The Way - the grand prize winner (yogi with most points) receives their choice of private session, small group party or a free month of yoga (can be gifted)!
