Casey Kuth

"As a full-time devoted wife and mom, I loved walking and being outdoors, going on adventures with my kids were my "workouts". As my children grew older, life changed and I found myself with more time to devote to myself. I began running!
Then I discovered yoga and I found that above any other activity, yoga could calm and energize me, and give me clarity and strength. So much strength that I was able to run 2 marathons injury free.
My practice has become a very worshipful experience, Choosing mantras that include bible verses are my favorite and always help me feel more connected and grounded and ready for my day.
I wanted to become a certified yoga teacher to share my love for movement and the power of stillness with others.
I hope to empower others through encouragement and gentle guidance. I love teaching beginners and introducing people to yoga!
I'm Excited about what the future holds, I welcome you to join in my wellness journey and endless pursuit of living a strong and courageous life."

When she is not on the mat, Casey loves her job at a local Elementary school, reading, running, playing outside, as well as spending time with her growing family!

Sarah Walker

"When my yoga journey began, I instantly knew that it was what I was destined to do, and that it would change my life. I was always an active youth, playing many sports, including volleyball during college."
 
"After I lost my athletic activity, I found I was losing my strength, my energy, and mostly myself. I had practiced yoga on and off throughout my 20’s, but didn’t truly grasp the full realm of what yoga offers. In late 2014, I found myself overweight and unhappy in a sedentary lifestyle, I knew I needed a change and nothing seemed to spark that for me. I started regularly working out at the gym, which seemed natural as a former athlete, but it wasn’t enough. I wasn’t changing anything within myself. A few months after that, I was asked if I wanted to attend an intro to yoga class, that happened to be with our very own Lynn Hancock. After that night I was hooked. Something finally clicked. I have continued a regular, almost daily practice since that evening, and not only has it changed my body, but along with that my mind and spirit. I am excited to share with others the love and support that this community offers. Let go, let live, let love!"
 
When Sarah is not on the mat, she enjoys being outdoors, kayaking, cycling, or hiking. Photography, drawing and other artistic activities
keep her busy, as well as lots of DIY projects and home renovations!

Tamera Jones

"My yoga journey began with a New Year's resolution in 1998, a willing spirit and short stack of VHS tapes. Many years of practice and a high-speed car crash have furthered my interest and respect for the practice of yoga.  I enjoy guiding each class into an experience that brings about nurturing and realignment of muscles and joints.  My goal is for each student to leave class radiating with a powerful, life-changing combination of energy, relaxation, lightness and balance. I look forward to meeting you and working together to deepen your yoga experience."
 
Off the mat Tamera enjoys homeschooling her children, long hikes with her kids and dogs, being on the water with her husband, cooking, reading, and photography.
WARM ~ Combination of slow flow, ending with restorative postures utilizing props. Great for all levels.
