Casey Kuth

"As a full-time devoted wife and mom, I loved walking and being outdoors, going on adventures with my kids were my "workouts". As my children grew older, life changed and I found myself with more time to devote to myself. I began running!
Then I discovered yoga and I found that above any other activity, yoga could calm and energize me, and give me clarity and strength. So much strength that I was able to run 2 marathons injury free.
My practice has become a very worshipful experience, Choosing mantras that include bible verses are my favorite and always help me feel more connected and grounded and ready for my day.
I wanted to become a certified yoga teacher to share my love for movement and the power of stillness with others.
I hope to empower others through encouragement and gentle guidance. I love teaching beginners and introducing people to yoga!

When she is not on the mat, Casey loves her job at a local Elementary school, reading, running, playing outside, as well as spending time with her growing family!



Casey Kuth instructs the following:
  • Begin
  • WARM ~ Learn the building blocks of a Power Vinyasa Flow.  In this class we will break down the poses in a way that will help you develop a strong foundation in your practice.  Discover the connection between your body and breath as we focus on alignment.  The practice and methodology in this class will inspire you to flow!  Great for beginners and also for advanced students who want to deepen their practice.
