"I began my practice 9 years ago when I was working in hospitality. Coming from the corporate world, I carried a lot of stress and bad eating habits. Yoga gave me stress-relief and better perspectives about the mind and body. Having had a car wreck in high school, I struggled with chronic back pain that quickly dissipated with a daily practice. You can expect to move through upbeat vinyasa flows synced with energizing music to detoxify and strengthen the body. She also teach slower-paced flows with guided meditations to give you peace of mind."
Danielle completed her 200-hour training through world renowned Sanskrit Scholar, Cheryl Oliver, Baron Baptiste trained Nicolle Callahan and Ashtanga-Vinyasa based Gina Dunn. When she's not teaching, she is doing voice over work or outdoors with her husband, 2 daughters, German Shepard and cat.

HOT! ~ A power vinyasa class emphasizing a dynamic flow of challenging poses. A vigorous practice-YOU WILL SWEAT! Monday 5:45 pm, Thursday 5:45 pm, and Friday 8:45 am are 75 minute classes.
Recommended for experienced yogis, although beginners are welcome to participate keeping in mind modifications and pace for your level of activity. Bring a towel and water in a closed container.
