Yoga 101 Class $25
WONDERING WHAT ALL THIS YOGA STUFF IS ABOUT? Wonder no more!
"Yoga 101" is a two hour, in depth class just for beginners that will explore the essentials of a healthy yoga practice by focusing on basic poses, safe alignment, the importance of the breath, and the fundamentals of a yoga flow. We go nice and slow, there are lots of pose modifications, and plenty of Q&A.
Join us the second Saturday of any month from 4-6 pm. It's warm, not hot ~ and fun, not frustrating! You'll leave ready to tackle any yoga class you take.
