The muscles of the pelvic floor are the root of your core, breath and posture. Private sessions will address prolapse, incontinence, and other common issues as well as yoga poses that help alleviate pain in the pelvic floor. We offer a variety of Individual and Group Private Sessions at Yoga Story. The sky is the limit and we are here to meet whatever need you have in this arena. Combine yoga, fitness, guided meditation and relaxation or even aromatherapy. You will have an amazing experience! All of our teachers teach privately and have their own unique style. Cancellation Policy: Group privates require a non-refundable 50% deposit made in advance to hold the reservation. Must have a credit card on file. A minimum 24 hour notice is required to cancel a session, and the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a full charge of the sesion. Individual private sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged the full session fee. Card must be on file. No deposit required for individual private sessions.
